OVERVIEW

Working on internal tools and sites to maximize efficiency in public service.

As a part of the service design team under the Chief Information Technology Officer, I am focused on designing internal tools that support the IRB's goal of resolving immigration and refugee cases quickly, simply, and fairly.

PROJECTS

Scheduling Tool

Prototyped and iterated on a 40+ screen national scheduling platform that replaced manual workflows and legacy systems, contributing to an ~85% efficiency gain. Led usability testing and produced end‑to‑end UX deliverables, including journeys, workflows, wireframes, and hi‑fi prototypes.

Sharepoint Sites

Led the redesign of multiple SharePoint sites for better usability and branding, and launched an AI knowledge series that increased employee engagement.
